Well, the story goes like this: I purchased a “brand new” wireless lexmark printer. When it was the very first time to replace the cartridges It just stared to state that “wrong cartridges installed”. I contacted their support center…but they never found a solution…had to trash the printer(only printer, no scan, no copy)…$89.00
Answer:
I would think about Lexmark to be the worst. Pricey ink and high-priced ownership on top of bad craftman ship. I give them credit for trying to make wireless standard, but most users can not set it up. Same goes for Dell, since Lexmark makes the Dell printers.
I like HP and Canon personally. But you pay for what you get. Just pay close attention to the ink cartridges and warranty.
Answer:
Did you take it back to the store? or where ever you got it? I personally do not buy printers that are cheap. I think 89.00 is too cheap. but that is my thought and I have had Dell printers for a long time. I do not think lexmark is a bad printer, but neither do I think that dell is the only way to go. I don’t have a lot of money, so that is one reason I don’t purchase the cheap ones, I can not afford to replace it. So if I have to spend 100.00 or more I do. Plus Dell has some good warranties. Hope this helps. I live in Iowa
Answer:
no its not lexmark thats the worst on the market…its $89 for the worst on the market. Get a real printer and not a cheap one, you get what you pay for.
Answer:
Not the best but not the worst either.
You should have gotten a free replacement if they couldn’t resolve the issue.
Answer:
Sounds about normal. They definitely have the worst support. I don't think anyone on support has ever seen a printer.
