i have just installed a new windows xp disc because i was having trouble with the old one updating, the old one was on the web and worked fine it was just the updates
since i have put the new one in the internet wont come on and bt stated the drivers are missing, i have put a dongle in to try to update the drivers but no luck
i was wondering if anyone can tell me step by step what to do

I guess that you need to format then reinstall it
