my paper is jammed in my printer and cant get it out and YES!!! i tried pulling

Does it have a door on the rear that can be opened, or a panel that can easily be removed? I have retrieved many a jammed page from the rear. Both laser and ink jet printers. Sometimes there are tension toggles that relieve the pressure on the rollers. Then you don't have to pull so hard to get it out!
