But I’ve a full color cartridge. Please help!!
Answer:
First check the newly installed ink catridges, some cartridges have a piece of film or sticker like paper on the top that needs to be pulled off when installing in order to grant the air to enter the cartridge & then ink can flow freely out. If your cartridges has a strip like this & its not pulled off the ink won't come out.
Second if the above suggestion doesn't work, try running a maintence on the printer, (nozzle check & cleaning) u can find these items by going to my computer, then control panel, then printer, right clicking on the default printer icon then it should state either printer properties or printer preferences. Under that u should find maintence..

well…maybe u set your printing thing to green.
but, the most likely answer is that the color black is made out of all colors, so when your running out of ink, the black will slowly fade to red, then green, so on…how could u not have known that? it's like 8th grade stuff.haha, well now we know it'd good to listen in class, see??

Try running the program included with the printer software that cleans the nozzles. Your magenta is probably clogged.

Usually all cartridges must have enough ink in them to print color properly.
