i installed the program but in the instructions it tells you to insert the ink cartridge into the ink carrier but my printer didn't come with one so im confused, on the box it does not say anything about buying an ink carrier,so i need some help!

This is really odd — these printers should come with a #15 color cartridge. Did you buy the printer new?

If you purchased the printer new then it should have come with the ink carrier, are you sure there’s not a ink carrier? I would had thought that it wouldn’t work with out the ink carrier, any how if you’ve not got then you should have had one, so go back to the shop were you purchased it and tell then that it is there job to replace one for free.
