The problem is with documents in Adobe that come from the web. I don't have this problem when printing in Word or Excel. Thanks for your help.
Answer:
This is a common problem with adobe. When you have adobe open when you’re ready to print something look for an advanced tab inside the printers option. You’ll see a box that states print as image, if you check this box and print the red will go away. Not exactly sure where it is but once you locate print as image inside adobe it will remove the red. It works everytime.
