Does someone at their corporate office sit there and find ways to stop us from refilling them?
Or is there a reason behind it?
Answer:
HP is always playing with the venting system to decrease their failure rate.
Currently out of the box about 0.25% of all HP cartridge just won't work.
Hp is working to decrease this and the main area outside of ink tech is the venting system.
All you you need to do is peel the label off.
