The receptionist at work gets a paper jammed in her printer about every other day, 3-4 times a week I suppose. I was wondering if anyone knows any reason to why it would get jammed like that? Sometimes the paper can be just taken out and then sometimes you have to open the lid and pry it out.

check for debris on the paper path, remnants of glue from label if you do label printing or loose rail/part near or on paper path.
