Hi everyone i have an hp psc2115 all in one printer,scanner,copier. I’m having trouble with it. It wont recognize the fact that i have put in new inks, it tells me to check the ink cartridges i insert new ones and it continues to tell me the same thing. I cant even make a photocopy!!!! is this something that can be fixed, Or is there something wrong with the machine should i just get a new one? Please help Thanks!!
Answer:
1. make sure you installed the cd that came with the printer.
2. go to control panel and click printer.
3. click install printer or add printer.
4. click on YOUR printer model which is 2115
5. you need the personal to know which printer is yours as it dosent know.
