I purchased it at wall mart 2 months ago ,have no receipt,and it prints 3.5×5 prints when it should print 4×6 and 5×7.Is this ink chip improperly programed ?I just installed and removed today.What should I do ?

correct the pagesetup before giving printout. moreover hp dont need invoice or receipt to clim warranty. they’ll compute from the serial number itself. so if u cant solve the problem just call your local customer care the number will be displayed in www.hp.com. all the ideal. kardevi143@yahoo.co.in
