I need printer mode. How do I get that back? Thanks in advance…..

1. When you send a “print test page” command from the personal does it print?
You don't state your operating system so you may need to adjust these instructions: Click on Begin | Control Panel | Printers and Faxes (Printers and other hardware) | Printers and Faxes.
Is the HP4215 the only one listed? Is it listed more than once?
Right mouse click on it (it may be listed as an HP4200 series printer). Click on Properties. Click on Print Test page.
Does it print? Any errors if not?
