purchased refillable cartridges and ink and guess what , they dont work , any suggestions please .
Answer:
You have purchased them from a bad source and need to return them and try somewhere else. I’ve refilled and used compatibles for 5 years and so far no problems at all. Saves a fortune.
Also it could be your printer wont take refills some don't and as you didn’t say the printer I can't check if its a model that you can overide to print with refills.
This place on the link below I’ve purchased compatable from and this far I’ve ahd no problems - delivery is free as well. If you buy from them and they don't work they will tell you what the problem is and perhaps will help you sort it out. The link is sometimes a bit slow so it could take a few minutes to load and then a few to get to your make and model of printer.

Answer:
They’re comptables which already have ink in them. As such they’re re-refillable! This means next time you can refill them as even refillable at some point you’ve change due to the printer heads on them wearing out. If chipped then they will need chip re-setter or printer want print. See 2nd Report Abuse
Answer:
That was why I stated you should have said what printer and model as you can't anticipate concise answer with such vague details. I've been filling for years and I know a modicum about it and all makers are different. Without exacts you may as well not bother to post. Report Abuse
Answer:
Use extreme caution when buying refillable cartridges. They are considered third party even if the original manufacturer's cartridges are used. If they leak and damage the printer, it can and more than likely will void your warranty or service contract agreements you’ve.
Answer:
i would return them if you can. i bought some last year… and tehy leaked all over our printer copier scanner fax machine… and wrecked it.
Answer:
i'd return them to where you purchased them and go a more reliable source like cartridge world
