Jobs stuck in print que. Can’t delete or cancel print. The only way to clear is to delete the printer and drivers then reinstall. I've got plenty of memory space and I supposedly have the most “up to date” drivers. HP psc1300 Series All-In-One printer.

if its stuck on queue. Manually delete the pending documents first. Right click on the printer icon and click cancel all pending documents. Possible spooler issue: This is for your future reference in case you’ve resolved the problem.

in case you keep having same issue, absolutely uninstall and re-install software.

The easiest way I used to do it was to cancel the print job(s), turn off the printer, unplug the USB, restart the computer and after the computer was back up, plug the USB back in and turn the printer back on … good luck

Yep, mine does that all the time, just put a paper in and as it starts the job just click the restart button… do this for however many print jobs you sent.
