I’ve Windows xp and want to buy a Kodak all in one printer, problem is system requirements say that windows xp has to be SP or higher , how do i find out if mine is SP or higher.

That will tell you.
I would look at the Canon Pixma MP or MX printers before I thought about a Kodak. Better quality and a lower cost of ownership.
