I’ve the roxio label creator and would like to know: Does anyone have a list of compatible labels and how I can configure them with my printer?

Use or buy AVERY. They are compatible with label creator. no need to give you a list and go around in circles.
Just Buy AVERY LABELS. They come with a template which makes it a cinch to incorporate with label creator.

Sorry for the confusion. When you buy CD/DVD labels from specific manufacturers you need to follow their instructions on how to set up your printer in order to use their labels.
Example: If you’ve memorex labels you would not be able to use Neato labels with their printer set up instructions and visa versa.
You need to use the software for each manufacturer label.
You just can't put a label in the printer and have it printed like the Roxio screen shows
