They’re not ink printers so I assume they don't need ink.They need just easy paper?

No that's not the case you need a toner cartridge just open your laser pull out the drum and the toner is in there simple to replace they last for a long time which leads to this illusion
If its a colour laser there are differnt colour toner cartridge to change
