I want to hook my Lexmark 7300 series printer to my wireless router without having to have the printer plugged into my personal. Is this possible? Thank you.

What you need to do is get a print server for your printer that will connect your printer to the router and allow you to use it from any computer that has the printer drivers loaded and configured to access the printer through the router. I'd suggest the wired approach as wireless often restricts the advanced options of multi-function printers.
