ALL LINES IN MY WORDPERFECT 12 DOCUMENTS ARE VERY FAINT BUT PRINT NORMALLY. HORIZONTAL GHOST OR SHADOWS APPEAR TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DOCUMENTS. I HAVE A DELL FLATSCREEN MONITOR

You didn't specify if you’ve a laser printer which I think you do LOL.
Remove the cartrdige and clean the drum itself. Just make srue no direct light hits it. I usually put my back to the light and use a soft cotton ball to wipe it.
Also, their is a slider on the fuser which you can move back and fort. That's it. No more streaks.
Now, if you want to increase the contrast, goini the preference menu, and choose normal print, or more contrast. That should do it.
