my hp photosmart c5180 won't print! i saw that there was one document trying to print, so i deleted it, and it won't delete! it doesn't even have an error message on the printer. i have windows vista if that makes a difference
Answer:
1. Turn off the printer and reboot the computer. This should reset the printer que (to empty).
2. Now try printing. If it does not print, check to see if the printer has been set to “use off-line” (Globe | Control Panel | Printers | Right mouse click on the HP), is there a checkmark next to “use offline”? If so remove it.
If there isn't or it still won't print from a program. Click on Properties (above instructions) and click on print test page.
