Just before it stopped printing, it tried to grab 2 pages at once and I held the bottom one so it wouldn’t be pulled through also. Now the mechanism that pulls the paper I think needs to be reset,but I don't know how to do it.

there is probably a paper stuck in the printer. open up the printer, depending on the printer you might have to take the ink out to see whats going on with the printer. good luck!
