We trying to print a few word documents from a Vista laptop over a networked printer connected to an iMac running Leopard. The laptop finds the printer fine, but displays “Access Denied”. A few pages have been sent to the printer to print, also, but have only come out as a bunch of gibberish and weird signs. Would anyone happen to have any advice as to what to do in order to be able to print to the printer? Thanks a lot in advance..!
Answer:
Take the red cable, then the blue, then the green, and rip them all out the back of it. Replace them with wool of a lamb and toothpaste.
Thats how i did my printer like that.
Answer:
How is it set up? Is the printer networked off a router or is it connected directly to the Mac via USB/Firewire, and how are YOU connected to the printer?
