Put your printers make and model number, not cartridge number, into the search engine on the link below and it should take you to how you refill the cartridges for it. If it comes up with no match then they don't consider those cartridges to be refillable to an acceptable level or your printer want print once refills are inserted.

You should be able to find the diagram for which color goes where by searching on line. Just be sure you get the right color in the right place or it will be muddy. I refill mine all the timebut thee first time I blended up the colors.
