Some website might need five or six pages to print. The information I need may only take one page.

Either cut and paste the text you want to a Word document, or other application, if it is split up over many pages but makes up just one page.
Or.
Use print preview on the tool bar by pressing the arrow at the side of the printer symbol there and choose only the page you want printed IE page 4.

Hightlight what text or pictures your after. Goto file –> Print –> Tick, “print selection”
You could also copy and paste the text into wordpad.
