This link is for the main download page for the unit. If your disk that came with the machine does not have the Vista drivers, they should be here on the downloads page. Plus there are other helpful links.

This link is for the Vista drivers for your machine. Use the full driver package if your disk does not have the Vista program on it. Download to your machine and then run the program, BEFORE you hook up the machine to the computer. It will tell you when to attach the cable to the computer. Only the power and phone line should be attached before running the software.

In short, the box should come with;
1) USB Cable
2) Power Cord
3) Drivers
4) Manuals
5) Ink
The 'Getting Started' manual should be able to guide you through, please go through it. It take a very long winded explaination to get it to work, it's faster if you try reading the manual. Good Luck….
