If u are a technician and someone tells u that his printer isn’t working, what are the questions that you’ll ask him about the problem? like since when the printer isn’t working etc… i need at least 5-10.

1. Is the printer turned on?
2. Make sure the printer is connected to the personal.
3. If the printer is networked make sure the server computer is up and running.
4. Check to see if there are any prints that are being delayed by another computer or your computer.
5. Check for paper jam.
6. Check the ink.
7. Make sure the printer is installed correctly (drivers, etc).

is it plugged in? is it on? have you got ink? is your paper jammed? is it your default printer?
