Everytime i send a doc to the printer it just keeps saying 'spooling' I left it for over an hour. I have restarted computer, downloaded a new printer driver. We had som computer problems earlier but small docs print but huge ones don’t. How can I fix this, and how can I check to see if the spooling program is still installed?

Have you tried the troubleshooting section in your printer? Maybe in the paperwork that came with it if you have it… or you could possibly look it up on the web in their company webpage?
I would try these things. = )
