my printer is a canon pixma mp110. i keep getting message that the ink cartridge is jammed, i have looked and i cant find a problem. i have just connected it to my new pc but can’t find the disc to go with it so have installed a driver from canons web site but they don’t have a download for the manual. any recommendations please.

I assume you’ve already tried the obvious - removing the cartridge and putting back, switching off the printer and switching on again. I can't see how a cartridge can jam, it either clicks in or it doesn't. The only thing that can jam on a printer is I think paper. Anyhow, if removing and refitting and turning off doesn't work, try with a new cartridge it is possible I suppose that the actual cartridge might be damaged though it might be if you forcibly tried to push it in you might have damaged what it clicks into.

2. use routine cleaning on printer.

4. shut the feeder and any part relating to paper channel or passage.
5. check the position when you always expperience the jammed paper, very well.
6. clean cartridge area before printing.
