if i buy a cannon from the ge, can i build it and take it apart whenever i want? or is it a one time use thing

The dwarf cannon can be set up & taken down whenever you want. There are only a few places in the game where it's not allowed ( like the chaos caverns ). When you use it it slowly degrades . After about 300-400 shots it will disintigrate. Afterwords you can go back to the dwarf who sells them & speak to him, he'll replace it for free. If you should just drop it instead of setting it up or if you die with it in your pack or if you sell it he won't replace it, you'll have to purchase a new one.
