its a epson DX4000 and some of the picture is turning orange whats wrong

Usually, this happens when you’ve run out of a certain color of ink (in this case probably blue, but maybe something else). Change the ink cartridges. If this doesn't work, you should try to re-plug in the printer. Sometimes, if only some of the cords are in, the entire signal doesn't get through and only the red and yellow parts get processed.
