I moved not to long ago and it was working fine now all of a sudden I plug it back up with software installed and nothing happen except that I lose all power to any other USB devices pluged into the port next to it or on the same hub. Why?

Maybe the USB lead needs replacing. I'm not entirely sure, but the leads need replacing often on these models.
Or prehaps the computer just inn't accepting your printer. Have you tried updating?
Other than that, I'm not sure. All I know for sure is that these printers arn't worth it at all. Mine has had so many problems I couldn't write them all down.

I would guess that you are using an unpowered hub. HP does not suggest connecting their all-in-one printers through unpowered hubs.
I would advocate connecting the printer to a dedicated USB port on the computer and, if necessary, move a smaller device to the USB hub.
