The software wont install…. gives me a fatal error…. but let me state, it worked fine till yesterday morning and nobody changed anything. The communication between the printer and the personal stopped working. It is fatal error 2753

sounds like you have a virus. Did you try getting the driver from the Manuf. web site? you old disc may be “old” ..but it should have let you at least start the install.
