ok so it is connected to everything it is supposed to be. it is also on.
when i click on print the printer feeds the paper in and makes noise as if it was really printing. but when i take the paper it is blank (white). i purchased new ink catridges but the problem is still there.
it must be the printer. but why ?

the cartridges are not working properly. If ink is full but stills not working, it is an electronic problem preventing the cartridge towork properly. check, while printing is processing, that the cartridges hit the paper.
May be a cleaning of the printer is needed

since its new i still recommend u check all the connections, drivers, installation.. whether u installed everything correctly.. sorry couldnt be of much help

Check to make sure you removed the cover stickers from the ink cartridges before you put them in the printer.
