After recently putting a new black ink cartridge in it soon began to pop up warning of having low black ink??? After ignoring them it has finally stopped printing black altogther but seems to be fine with colour although i havnt replaced that cartridge in donkeys yrs!!! HELP!!

It is possible you’ve bought a duff cartridge. I would try another one, if it still doesn't work there maybe a problem with the printer itself.
